Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and forward-thinking support to the Executive Committee in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks
  • Act as a liaison and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage scheduling and monitoring of appointments, as well as correspondence
  • Organize and prepare meetings and events
  • Develop and prepare presentations, statistics, reports, and decision templates
  • Participate in confidential meetings and document them

Your Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, commercial training, or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Additional language skills, such as French or Spanish, are desirable
  • Loyalty, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential information and data
  • Excellent MS Office skills (advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as a high level of commitment and flexibility
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working
