Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Basic analysis and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations and provide exceptional service.
