We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team at Arms Wide Open ABA.

Job Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Intervention Specialist, you will work directly with clients to support their development and help them achieve their behavioral goals. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the modification of intervention strategies based on collected data and feedback from the supervising BCBA.
  • Delivering one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to clients based on the individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Observing and documenting client behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
  • Attending training sessions and supervision meetings to enhance skills and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Supporting clients in developing and enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Maintaining a positive and encouraging environment to foster client engagement and progress.
  • Implementing behavior interventions and data collection procedures as outlined in the client's behavior plan.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and able to follow detailed instructions.
