We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Reimbursement Success Manager to play a key role in the success of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Success Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Revenue Optimization: Analyze client revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce denials.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client revenue cycle operations, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction and revenue performance.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Share industry best practices and provide guidance on implementing process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on our RCM solutions and help them maximize their benefits.
  • Travel: Must be willing/able to travel to the Los Angeles, CA area monthly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a focus on enterprise client success.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing revenue cycle processes for large healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in RCM software and tools.
