Product Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Success Manager to join our team at elevate DIGITAL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS market, ideally with Insurance experience/exposure, and a proven track record of success in developing and launching successful products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to implement solutions and drive adoption and growth.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach by gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and execution aligns with the product roadmap.
  • Manage the product launch and release process, tracking product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, using this insight to inform product development and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working in B2B enterprise subscription-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process and ability to learn and understand complex technical ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
