Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Central San Antonio. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the HR department by focusing on the technical and administrative aspects of HR functions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and benefits, and providing exceptional service to our Manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Human Resources, a general knowledge of labor and employment laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the effective execution of HR responsibilities, allowing us to deliver strategic, people-centric initiatives smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and audit HR policies, handbooks, and job descriptions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversight of payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Management of HR systems, address payroll queries, and provide general HR support.

Working Conditions:
  • Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM at our Central San Antonio location.

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
