About the Role

$120,000 - $180,000 per year. Our Benefits Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of financial disclosures and reports.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, compliance, or related fields, and a strong understanding of ERISA, the SECURE Act, IRS guidelines, and fiduciary responsibilities.

The role involves working closely with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure smooth plan administration, as well as managing plan audits and ensuring compliance with fiduciary duties and best practices.
