Fiduciary and Compliance Specialist
This role involves ensuring the PEP complies with all federal and state regulations, including ERISA, the SECURE Act, and IRS guidelines. The Retirement Plan Director will oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, identify and mitigate operational, legal, and fiduciary risks, manage fiduciary liability, analyze the financial performance of the PEP, track contributions, fees, and expenses, and generate reports for the PPP and participating employers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, human resources, or a related field, and a Master's degree preferred. A competitive salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
