Job Title: General Clerk III

Alutiiq Career Ventures LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Clerk III to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain office calendars, schedules, and project timelines
  • Compile and record production data, including volume of production, consumption of materials, and quality control
  • Design and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to documents
  • Prepare written work schedules and project calendars based on established guidelines and priorities
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests
  • Track and maintain records of hazardous materials and chemical usage, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Place orders for gasoline and diesel deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics
  • Perform training and development activities as required
  • Assist with access requests, tracking systems, and permits
  • Research and provide pricing information for work orders
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent written, listening, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications
  • Must be able to pass a background check and be a US Citizen
