Position Overview

The primary function of this role is to act as the main office support, executing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that bolster the operations of the organization.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience as outlined in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for Clerical and Administrative Support Positions.

Specialized Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GS-05 level or equivalent, demonstrating a solid understanding of organizational duties, priorities, and policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of rules and procedures related to secretarial and clerical tasks.
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting for accurate document preparation.
  • Familiarity with various office automation software and tools.
  • Typing proficiency is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
