Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs assessments to determine what training is necessary to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for employees using a variety of methods, including in-person, online, or hybrid formats.
- Keep training materials up-to-date and relevant by making revisions as necessary based on changes in organizational policies, procedures, or practices.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials that are accurate and relevant to the target audience.
- Coordinate the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, and participation.
- Track and report on training metrics, such as attendance, completion rates, and employee performance improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure that training programs are innovative and effective.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to end users of our company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in developing upcoming year's curriculum, sessions offered, and new topics offered based on annual research and evaluation results.
- Knowledge of a specialized field, such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
- Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
