About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Unit team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing and shape exceptional patient journeys.

Requirements
  • A current state RN license.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.
  • Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
  • NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days after hire date.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
