Position Overview

Role Summary: As a Customer Service Specialist at Garlyn Shelton Auto Group, you will be responsible for managing inbound communications across multiple dealership locations. Your primary function will be to assist callers by directing them to the appropriate department, scheduling service appointments, and handling sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide exceptional support to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with service advisors to relay accurate information.
  • Achieve weekly performance targets and contribute to the dealership's success.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with customers and team members.
  • Utilize scripts effectively to enhance communication.

Work Schedule: This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, with an alternating Saturday schedule. The working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM.
