Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist at Garlyn Shelton Auto Group, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls across multiple dealership locations. Your primary role will involve providing telephone assistance by directing callers to the correct department, scheduling or adjusting service appointments, and handling sales inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with service advisors to relay accurate information to customers.
- Achieve designated weekly performance targets and objectives.
- Foster a positive and cooperative environment by working effectively with customers, teams, and departments.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and adapt to using scripts as needed.
Work Schedule:
The selected candidate will work Monday through Friday, with an alternating Saturday schedule. Previous call center experience is essential. The working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, and this is a full-time role.
