About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Bethesda Chevy Chase Surgery Center. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of our facility, including the management of staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our physicians and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.
