Job Summary

As a RN Team Lead II, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the shift, including assigning work and allocating resources. You will utilize established standards, guidelines, and protocols to ensure optimal care delivery and unit workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the clinical expert and resource for staff
  • Support unit management in activities to meet department goals
  • Participate in evaluating, coaching, and mentoring staff under the direction of the clinical manager and department director
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Maryland RN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state)
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR
  • BSN required
  • 3-5 years experience
  • 1+ years charge nurse experience in clinical area
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: Minimum $47.93 per hour - Maximum $74.29 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
