Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Protective Industrial Products. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing front desk and administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Assist with supply procurement and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby area and conference rooms.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of general office coordination experience.
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
