**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and decision-makers in the SMB space, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Close deals and negotiate contracts
- Work closely with our Business Development Reps to build custom solutions for small business owners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B/short sales cycle preferred)
- High energy and infectious attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
