Position Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure optimal safety, sanitation, and mechanical operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment servicing and repairs as necessary.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager with planning and scheduling maintenance shutdowns.
  • Support equipment qualification and assessment processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of permits and calibrations.
  • Ensure accurate assignment of equipment asset numbers.
  • Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Room Clerk to identify and procure necessary parts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

A minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
