The First Report Unit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Claim Technicians to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
