About the Role:

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to our US government customers to ensure the success of missions around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct polygraph examinations (counterintelligence scope polygraph (CSP) or expanded screening scope (ESS)) in accordance with National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) standards.
  • Adhere to the Quality Control Examiner's (QCE) guidance during a test.
  • Accurately document the results and admissions of each test.
  • Record and file the results in the Personnel Security file system of record.
  • Immediately after the exam, report any areas of concern to the Quality Control Examiner (QCE) and apply the guidance provided by the QCE.
  • Conduct a minimum of two CSP exams per eight hours of work scheduled or one ESS exam per eight hours of work scheduled, unless directed otherwise by the QCE.
  • Assist in execution of the client's polygraph program in accordance with DoD and IC policies and regulations.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an SCI.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a related field.
  • Current Federal Polygraph Certification.
  • Demonstrated expertise conducting and administering CI scope polygraph examinations and ESS polygraph examinations to military, civilian, and contractor personnel in accordance with customer's policies, regulations, and operating instructions.
  • Proven expertise preparing, submitting, and maintaining clear comprehensive concise and accurate polygraph charts and test results according to Federal regulations.
  • Proficient at making the necessary data entry of polygraph documentation as required by regulations and customer's policies.
  • Experience delivering the polygraph examination report in the format prescribed, in a logically, articulate fashion, that accurately documents the results and admissions of each polygraph examination administered by the end of each day the exam was conducted.
