We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families affected by autism.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and implement ABA-based therapy services in various settings, including schools, homes, and communities.
  • Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
  • Enrollment in an ABA graduate program or completion of a related graduate program is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
