Responsibilities:

\u2022 Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
\u2022 Collect data to monitor progress and report results
\u2022 Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
\u2022 Be responsive to client needs and requests
\u2022 Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties

Qualifications:

\u2022 Access to reliable transportation
\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent
\u2022 Experience working with children with ASD (preferred but not required)
\u2022 Ability to manage confidential information
\u2022 Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
