We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Sales Consultant for Personal Training Programs. This position has demonstrated the potential to be one of the TOP EARNING ROLES within our organization.

*Qualified individuals may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, such as personal training.

Sales Consultant Role: Full-time/Part-time

About the Sales Consultant Role:
The Sales Consultant serves as a crucial link between our Membership and Personal Training Departments. This role requires a balance of sales acumen and fitness knowledge. Every new member automatically becomes part of the Pro-Fitness Program and is assigned to meet with a Sales Consultant. While certification as a trainer is not mandatory, a foundational understanding of fitness and the ability to communicate its benefits effectively is essential. Compensation includes payment per appointment along with a lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive 60-90 minute Fitness Consultations following the Pro-Fitness Program guidelines.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to clients based on assessment outcomes and promote personal training packages as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Personal Trainers to facilitate the sale of personal training packages.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks using the Pro-Fitness Program software.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding member expectations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with individuals of all ages.
  • Proficient sales and organizational abilities, fundamental to the role.
  • General fitness knowledge, with a preference for candidates holding fitness certifications.
  • Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of managing significant administrative responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn the Pro-Fitness Program software efficiently.
  • Open to learning and possessing high emotional intelligence.
  • Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
