Crescens is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor telephone system and take calls from clients
  • Log all reported incidents and attempt to resolve issues at 1st contact
  • Escalate incidents to level 2 or level 3 support as needed
  • Track and follow-up on incidents escalated to technical teams
  • Remotely connect to user computers and assist with resolving issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum years of work experience
  • HDICSR certification or similar
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Prior experience with service desk support
  • Prior experience working as a desk side support analyst
  • A+ Certification
  • Proficient in understanding of network, wireless support
  • Knowledge of best practice security standards and techniques
  • Microsoft Windows certification
  • ITIL experience/certification
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass fingerprint background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
