Job Summary

As a Help Desk Support Specialist at Lorven Technologies, you will provide technical support to users within assigned units, including management, faculty, and staff personnel. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and upgrading workstation and peripheral hardware and software, as well as responding to and resolving workstation, application, and server-related problems. You will also provide users with assistance in working with specific applications and maintain/troubleshoot office-related equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include experience with Windows, Help desk, account management, supporting secure VTC calls, conducting basic user troubleshooting, software patching and upgrades, system hardening, and producing RMF documentation. You will also support office equipment such as printers and scanners, and document installed applications. A minimum of 2-5 years of job-related experience is required.

Skill Matrix

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows, Help desk, account management, and supporting secure VTC calls. They will also have experience with software patching and upgrades, system hardening, and producing RMF documentation. Additionally, they will have experience supporting office equipment such as printers and scanners, and documenting installed applications. The required amount of experience is 2 years.
