Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Audio Software Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects in the consumer products field. This role involves the development, testing, and maintenance of audio software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will engage in all stages of the software development life cycle, from initial concept to final delivery and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced audio software systems utilizing technologies such as Gstreamer, Pipewire, and React.
  • Maintain and enhance software for embedded audio platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to ensure effective integration of software with hardware components.
  • Identify and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and systems.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, task estimates, and resource planning.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded audio software development.
  • Proven expertise with Gstreamer, Pipewire, and React.
  • Strong understanding of audio signal processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
