- Effectively communicate complex concepts and results in a clear and effective manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years' experience in software development, architecture, and/or cloud technologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate innovative and technical solutions through storytelling.
- Hands-on experience implementing data integration and API services with AWS cloud technologies.
- Solid understanding of cloud systems design and software architecture.
- Expertise in building applications' front-end and back-end.
- Strong foundation with modern SDLC in various technologies (AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, React, Python, C#,.Net Core, Windows/Linux).
- Strong knowledge of automation, integration, and business process management solutions.
- Experience being part of a fast-paced agile software development team.
- Desire and ability to train, mentor, and develop technical skills of more junior engineers.
- Experience with Financial Services, Annuities, or Insurance products.
