**About the Role**

At Socket, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling Fiber Optic Internet services, Voice, and TV services to our current and upcoming Fiberhoods across mid-Missouri.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work targeted sales campaigns through door-to-door efforts and networking within the community to drive results.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Socket products and pricing options and be able to identify individual customer's current and potential product needs and make recommendations.
  • Apply a positive customer service attitude and rapport to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales goals (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner to positively represent Socket's image throughout the community.
  • Travel to new and growing markets for sales campaigns in mid-Missouri.
  • Generate new sales leads through calling and other sales strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills and positive and outgoing personality.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Compensation**

We offer an uncapped monthly commission and a base salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, plus commission per sale.
