As a Director, Strategy, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our business strategy, working closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of our business strategy, working closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, and vendors.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business, including market research, competitive analysis, and business development.
  • Identify and prioritize key business initiatives, working closely with senior leaders to develop and execute plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • BA/BS required, MBA or equivalent master's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
