Job Description

At Visa, we're shaping the future of payments and technology. As a Client Engagement Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping interactions with our key clients in North America (NA) Visa Direct (VD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling, persuasive storytelling and narratives that align Visa solutions with the needs and goals of our top clients.
  • Spearhead and guide our teams to obsess about our clients, creating experiences that highlight the potential of enhanced engagement between clients and Visa.
  • Develop and execute successful pitches to senior client executives of our most critical sales opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate the development and design of high-impact pitch decks and presentations for key client/prospects.
  • Identify target segments to engage from a wide range of new sales and up/cross sell opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Payments industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their own learning and success.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross-functional activities.
What We Offer

Visa offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity. The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $146,900.00 to $213,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
