Position Overview:
Are you ready to elevate your career? Triton Air Home Services is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Customer Engagement Specialist.
We are assembling a team of exceptional marketers to collaborate within prominent Home Improvement retailers, focusing on scheduling consultations for our elite sales team in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for arranging appointments with clients for complimentary assessments regarding the replacement of Heating and A/C systems, as well as scheduling appointments for discounted seasonal maintenance services.
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, goal-driven, and experienced marketing and sales professional, possessing a self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor. A background in sales or marketing, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential. A strong work ethic and eagerness to engage with customers are also crucial.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- 22-40 hours per week
- Weekend availability is preferred

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or as a brand ambassador
