Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the physical and financial aspects of the community, including budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the on-site staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
