Key Responsibilities
  • Community Development: Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of community among residents, including organizing events and activities that promote resident engagement and interaction.

  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including rent collections, revenue, expense, and budget controls, residency screening and approval, and capital improvements projects.

Requirements
  • Experience: Prior residential property management experience, with a focus on customer service and community development.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project, and time management skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays or other times outside of normal business hours for emergency situations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
