Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Lions Clubs International. This role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new corporate, foundation, government, and international organization donors to support our humanitarian service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships plans to secure funding and resources for LCIF's humanitarian programs.
  • Conduct prospect research and identify potential donors, including corporate, foundation, government, and international organization partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners, including regular communication, reporting, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with LCIF staff, volunteers, and external partners to develop and implement partnership opportunities and proposals.
  • Assist in the development of grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
  • Represent LCIF at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote our mission and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional fundraising and/or program development experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
  • Experience with corporate partnerships fundraising and grant writing is essential.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with ability to represent LCIF at conferences and meetings.
  • Ability to travel, domestic and internationally, approximately 20-25% annually.
