About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group at Wells Fargo provides technology solutions and support for various business lines. We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Lead Software Engineer to focus on development of SPM utilizing best practices and technical standards. This role will partner with Technical Governance, Platform Architecture, and ServiceNow Platform Developers to ensure design, coding, and practices are in alignment with scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex technology initiatives, including those with broad impact.
  • Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product.
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and company-wide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions.
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the existing portfolio of applications.
  • Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed-upon standards and tools.
  • Ensure solutions delivered by self or team members are secure and scalable, comply with defined standards and best practices.
  • Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.
  • Desired Qualifications: 1+ years of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation and development experience.
