Job Summary

As a Senior .NET Core Software Engineer Lead at United Software Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of high-quality .NET Core applications. Key responsibilities include participating in backlog refinement sessions, code review, troubleshooting, and ensuring all code meets standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with .NET Core API, Angular UI, Oracle and SQL databases, and DevOps pipelines. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and 8+ years of experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in backlog refinement sessions to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
  • Code review all crew pull requests to ensure high-quality code
  • Troubleshoot problems with the crew's code base and pipelines
  • Assign Solution Designer to code review structural changes
  • Assign Data Architects to database-related pull requests
  • Coordinate release information to Release Manager
  • Ensure all code meets standards, including Sonar, IAST, SAST, and Container scans
  • Clean up Sonar findings of Critical and High immediately, even if the build passes
  • Ensure releases are Policy as Code (Client) compliant
  • Ensure deployment plans are created and reviewed to prevent deployment problems
  • Ensure user interface meets/exceeds accessibility standards

Requirements:
  • High School Degree and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 8+ years of experience required
