Delivery Architect - ServiceNow Developer

Location:

Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA areas. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days of office attendance per week.

You will need to be available to travel to clients up to 25% of the time.

Job Description:

This is a Service Mapping/ITOM Developer role, requiring proven experience in developing Service Maps.

You will collaborate with Service Integration and Management consultants to assist clients in implementing Service Management practices based on Capgemini and industry standards.

You will be responsible for demonstrating IT Service Management and other IT Practices to optimize, transform, and ensure IT Organizations are compliant, efficient, and effective using the ServiceNow platform.

You will assist ServiceNow System Administrators, SI Process Consultants, and Business Analysts with incident resolution as needed.

  • Co-design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services
  • Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release-level effort
  • Provide mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators
  • Lead layered business requirements and work to completion
What You Bring:

We are looking for individuals with experience in the sophisticated administering of the ServiceNow Platform.

You should have ITOM and Service Mapping Development experience, as well as Enterprise and/or IT Service Management experience.

You should be proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, and Jelly.

You should have a strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

You should be able to work with a remote team, requiring validated written and spoken skills via phone and email.

You should have validated attention to detail and knowledge of JavaScript/Angular/AngularJS.

Certifications:

CSA Certification is required to be considered. Within six months, other certifications in ServiceNow may be required to complete.

  • ServiceNow System Administration certificate CSA
  • ITILv4 Foundation Certified is ideal
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certificate (optional)
  • ServiceNow Scripting certificate (optional)
