They will also be responsible for ServiceNow platform administration, development, documentation, and technical support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of the CSM/Telecom-OM module in ServiceNow
  • Development experience specific to the CSM/Telecom-OM module
  • Recent experience in a senior development lead role
  • Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements
  • Solid ServiceNow development experience
  • Responsible for ServiceNow platform administration, development, documentation, and technical support
  • Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
  • Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
  • Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
