The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, patient-focused, and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. The full-time position (40 hours/week) involves scheduling and triaging appointment requests, answering incoming and making outgoing calls, and using electronic health record functionality. The coordinator will also greet patients, conduct check-in processes, and maintain knowledge of current OSHA and ProHealth policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and triage appointment requests according to approved protocols
  • Answer incoming and make outgoing calls regarding appointment requests and follow-ups
  • Use electronic health record functionality to take messages and communicate with clinicians
  • Greet patients and conduct check-in processes
  • Maintain knowledge of current OSHA and ProHealth policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1+ years of receptionist experience
