Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up on provided leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions within the showroom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Prepare quotes, close sales, and process orders efficiently.
- Stay informed about our full product line and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the showroom and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in maintaining showroom displays and inventory as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional post-sale support.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or B2B role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of lighting products or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with computers and sales software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour, with the possibility of commission. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
