Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with our manufacturing partners to oversee the scheduling, production, and timely delivery of all necessary inventory.


Supplier Evaluation:
Assess supplier performance and swiftly address any issues to enhance efficiency.

Supplier Engagement:
Foster and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to guarantee prompt deliveries and high-quality products.

Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the supply chain to drive operational excellence.

Performance Metrics Management:

Oversee supply chain activities to ensure success in key performance indicators, including customer and supplier on-time in full (OTIF) metrics, product availability, inventory health, stock management, and data integrity.


Risk Mitigation:
Implement strategies to minimize supply chain risks and ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments, particularly warehouse operations, to ensure efficient scheduling of inbound deliveries and effective management of reverse logistics.


Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or demand planning.
Proficient in working with manufacturers and adhering to deadlines.
Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.
High energy, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
Team-oriented with a positive mindset and a focus on growth.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to formulate and execute plans.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Self-driven, persistent, and adaptable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with data and analyzing it to inform decisions.
