Supply Chain Inventory Supervisor

We are seeking a committed and dependable Supply Chain Inventory Supervisor to become part of our expanding team at Pinnacle Group. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to oversee and report on our inventory status.
You will take charge of creating inventory monitoring systems, assessing supply levels, procuring new materials, and conducting daily evaluations.
A successful candidate will be a reliable professional with exceptional record-keeping and analytical skills.The ideal applicant will exhibit remarkable organizational and problem-solving capabilities, along with the proficiency to interpret and analyze substantial data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish inventory monitoring systems to enhance inventory management processes.
Assess supply and raw material levels to identify shortages.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
Generate comprehensive reports on inventory activities, stock levels, and necessary adjustments.
Conduct daily assessments to foresee potential inventory challenges.
Procure new supplies to prevent inefficiencies or excessive stock.
Evaluate various suppliers to secure the most cost-effective agreements.
Qualifications:
Proven knowledge and practical experience in the steel sector or similar manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position is essential.
An analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail is necessary.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
Capability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and manage challenging vendor situations.
Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
Compensation Range:
$55,000-65,000
Compensation for this position will be influenced by various factors, including the role's scope, complexity, and location, as well as market labor costs; the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions.
