Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will represent our brand at one of our retail locations, assisting customers in selecting the ideal footwear, clothing, and accessories to support their health and fitness aspirations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, utilizing our specialized fitting process to recommend suitable products.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our product offerings to provide informed assistance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns effectively.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism at all times.
- Ensure accurate handling of all transactions.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance product knowledge; participate in vendor training events as needed.
- Strive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
- Keep displays organized and well-stocked, attending to tidiness as required.
- Participate in inventory management, stocking, and ordering tasks as necessary.
- Support the store manager with various projects as required.
