Job Description

In this role, you'll lead the NAM Field Services team in close cooperation with the Customer Care team, ensuring peak performance and overall customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the NAM Field Services team to achieve peak performance and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting team resources coordination and planning for services offering
  • Supporting Customer Care team for process and product troubleshooting
  • Leading training and onboarding plans for services partners
  • Supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems in data centers
  • Supporting training for customers on operating Submer products and regular maintenance
  • Supporting diagnose and repairs in control panels, pumps, valves, and piping systems
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and proposing solutions to enhance system performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Field Technician Lead or similar role
  • Team management experience, handling escalations and mentoring technicians
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical systems
  • Adaptability to support different roles and tasks within factory operations
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including accommodating different time zones and peak periods
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel
  • Ability to travel frequently

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum
