Job Summary
We are currently seeking an eCommerce Customer Experience Representative to manage customer inquiries, returns, and claims, delivering exceptional brand experiences for our B2C clientele. We are looking for individuals who are committed to customer satisfaction and can make informed decisions swiftly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Track orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage customer returns and claims efficiently
- Address and update customers on order statuses
- Become a product expert
- Complete assigned tasks diligently
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Shopify is advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a startup eCommerce setting is a bonus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Positive attitude and keen attention to detail
- Ability to tackle challenges and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
