Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Gilbride Management Group (GMG). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring the highest level of productivity, performance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control the daily operations to ensure the organization is running in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
  • Staff Management: Manage the staff of the GMG location(s) to ensure high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Train and oversee all staff to provide superior service to our customers and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing: Provide sales and marketing training to all qualified sales staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial responsibilities including weekly cash deposits, cash reconciliation, tilling off process, financial documentation, and budgeting.
  • Workplace Culture: Initiate and oversee workplace culture and employee interaction, maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Safety and Security: Direct and oversee the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and all safety procedures that pertain to the GMG facility.
  • Pool Operations: Gain knowledge and experience in the GMG pool operations necessary to maintain a safe and sanitary swim environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent is desired.
  • Experience: Three to five years management experience is preferred.
  • Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED, and Certified Pool Operator certifications required or be able to obtain these certifications within 90 days of start date.
