  • Exhibits confident, friendly, and genuine service skills in all customer interactions.
  • Engages customers by discussing product features and recommending complementary items tailored to their needs.

  • Ensures completion of daily operational tasks without compromising service quality or brand standards.
  • Maintains store organization, including sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising, in accordance with brand standards.
  • Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including those related to operations and loss prevention.
  • Utilizes company tools and technology to enhance relationship building and client engagement efforts.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as necessary.
  • Processes shipments efficiently as required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of prior sales experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Must possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use mobile devices and the internet.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Mobility to navigate the sales floor and stockroom to provide exceptional customer service. Ability to lift and carry items up to fifty pounds as needed.
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work varied hours to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
