Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address product order inquiries from clients, sales representatives, and other internal or external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary internal contact for regional clients.
  • Facilitate communication between the company's internal operations and clients, as well as sales representatives.
  • Handle a variety of tasks related to receiving, reviewing, processing, modifying, expediting, or canceling orders.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at the appropriate level.
  • Respond to inquiries and take necessary actions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Serve as a liaison among internal operations, sales representatives, clients, and branches.
  • Receive and assess complaints, taking appropriate actions to resolve them according to SOPs and work instructions.
  • Process orders in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and/or specific directives from supervisors.
  • Generate special reports as required or directed.
  • Inform clients about pick-up schedules, revised shipping dates, pricing discrepancies, etc., following SOPs and work instructions.
  • Manage order cancellations.
  • Participate in the annual physical inventory as directed by supervisors.
  • Engage in self-development and assist in the training of others.
  • Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.
  • Exhibit safety awareness and adhere to safe work practices.
  • Maintain necessary records as required by SOPs and work instructions.
  • Understand all environmental policies and the significant environmental impact of job activities in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, or at least 3 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, written, and verbal.
  • Exceptional mathematical skills necessary to meet departmental requirements.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel and Word, to fulfill position requirements.
  • Self-motivated and capable of making independent decisions.
