Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by building relationships with customers and promoting Coach products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current collections, trends, and product information to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and visual presentations.
  • Operations: Process transactions, handle customer returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
  • Physical: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team. Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room to provide and support customer service.
